Oğuz Tepe is an independent author from Türkiye and the author of Şans ve Dans, a contemporary Turkish-language literary novel published in 2025.
His work explores memory, fate, human behavior, emotional conflict, friendship, loss, and the choices that shape people’s lives.
Beyond writing, he is interested in the international discovery and long-term visibility of independent literature, particularly through libraries, catalogues, universities, and institutional networks.
He is currently working on new fiction projects while continuing to document his experiences as an independent author.
